The Configurator runs on Internet Explorer and FireFox on the PC, or Safari on the Mac with the Adobe Shockwave plugin installed.
For Macs running the 64bit version of Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6 or newer)
Adobe's Shockwave 3D has not been updated to work properly with the 64bit version of Safari, however you can start Safari in 32bit mode. First close Safari, then Command click on the icon and choose "Get Info" then put a checkmark in the box labled "Open in 32-bit mode". The next time you start Safari it will be running in 32bit mode and will allow the Configurator to work.
There is limited support for printing your configuration on newer Intel based Macs. When you complete your design you may save your set and open it on a PC, or copy the parts list and paste it into a document for printing.
Difficulty clicking on an item?
Some versions of Shockwave on Safari can misinterpret the item being clicked on in the 3D window. If you experience this issue you may try: 1) clicking slightly above the item, 2) updating your version of Shockwave or Safari, 3) Try using a PC
