Shipping & Installation. Shipping is included within the contiguous United States for every custom and pre-designed swing set. Installation is automatically added when the Add To Cart option is selected at the end of the design process. If the customer wishes, they can easily delete this service from their cart before purchasing.

The current version of the Creative Playthings 3-D Swing Set Configurator application is currently in beta. While updates are being made all the time, the nature of our product is understandably complex and could take some time before a final version is released. Swing sets designed with the application can be sent directly to your cart for online purchases, and will then be reviewed by one of our associates. If any conflicts are found due to an error with the application's logic, you will be contacted directly. At that point, any alterations or cancellation of the order will be at the customers discretion.
